how do you get to the arenas on online maps, like amnoon arena? I have tried but I cannot get there. are they from an older build or something like that?

Some arenas are accessed through the "Competition Arenas" which will send you to random arenas, like at Droknor's Forge. You access the Competition arena in Lion's Arch at the docks. If I recall correctly Amnoon was one of those random arenas.
